Bilingual education has three advantages early in the training of the child:
- It is instructive for the same learning conducted late.
- It provides an overall benefit:
it also benefits the mother language or the 1st for the child.
- It provides greater transferability than monolingual education to address any new language.
These advantages are all related to the potential SLA baby, then the little child.
In other words, the "gift of languages" is an acquired early : at the age of language.
But language can be built only once in a lifetime and is constructed differently in children bi-or multilingual than monolingual children.
